What Will You Learn with Us about Being a Multi-Skilled Mechanic?

During your multi-skilled mechanical training, you will manufacture parts for devices and prototypes, as well as preparing tools and equipment for production. You will install systems and machines, and carry out maintenance on machines and systems. You will work alongside other specialists to deal with orders and projects, develop construction solutions, and create technical documents.

• Turning, milling, and drilling metal tools
• Programming and setting up computer-controlled machines

• High school diploma or equivalent

Training Duration

The professional basic training as a multi-skilled mechanics takes four years and finishes with a Swiss Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training.

Your four-year training program will be adapted in line with your school timetable so that you are able to combine the theoretical and practical elements of the course. At the end of your studies, you will be in an ideal position to successfully enter the job market thanks to the skills you have learned as part of your training.
