Which companies receive the Top Company seal?

Kununu is the largest German and best-known employer application platform in the German-speaking world and awards a seal of approval to companies that have been rated particularly positively by their employees.

What is special about this award?

Of all the employer seals on the market, kununu's Top Company seal enjoys the highest profile in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The special feature of this award is the data-based and independent awarding of the seal, which ensures an authentic assessment of the company's presentation.

AGAD Trainer Award 2020

Leister Germany was also able to convince in the area of training! With pride and joy we can report that we won the 1. place in the special award for the best training concept.

This is awarded annually by AGAD (Arbeitgeberverband Großhandel, Außenhandel, Dienstleistungen e.V. - Employers' Association for Wholesale, Foreign Trade and Services), one of the largest employers' associations in Germany, to employers who support their trainees through a particularly innovative training concept.

The motto of the award is "Do good and talk about it". Our training concept places great emphasis, in addition to the acquisition of economic skills, on social skills.

RAL quality mark - Top award for the UNIROOF 700 LQS

Even before the official market launch of the UNIROOF 700 LQS, Leister was awarded the RAL quality mark GZ 717/8 by the RAL Gütegemeinschaft Flachdach (RAL Quality Association for Flat Roofs) after testing by a third-party inspector. The key points of the quality promise include reliability, safety, economy and sustainability.

But what actually are the RAL and the RAL quality mark?

The RAL, founded in 1924, is the German Institute for Quality Assurance and Identification. The quality mark is a type of quality seal of the RAL and is based on standards that are regularly published as quality and test regulations. The claim of the RAL is that the requirements of the RAL quality and test provisions go beyond the currently known standards.
