Customer Project Manager

To strengthen our team Customer Projects and Application Center of Leister Technologies AG we are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented personality.

 

Your Tasks

  • Processing and monitoring of projects in terms of deadlines, technical and commercial aspects, from order to acceptance on site
  • Ensure customer training for new laser welding systems and customer-specific special projects
  • Development of concepts and preliminary calculations for customer-specific modifications
  • Technical and solution-oriented support and consulting of the sales staff for the preparation of quotations
  • Coordination and communication between Sales, Purchasing, Development, Application, Assembly and Customer Support during project processing
  • Preparation of specifications for external subcontracting of work packages in customer-specific projects
  • Creation of supplementary technical documentation to the standard manuals for customer-specific adaptations. Obtaining CE declaration from CE coordinator with supplementary risk analysis for standard product and necessary technical documentation
  • Responsible for compliance with the Machinery Directive and fulfillment of laser protection objectives during commissioning of Leister laser welding systems
  • Identify quality problems, propose solutions, promote product improvements, Follow-up of quality problems

 

Your Profile

  • Basic technical training as an electronics technician, mechatronics technician or automation technician
  • Advanced training at university/ETH or FH level with many years of experience (2 - 3 years of professional experience desirable)
  • Experience in project management of technical capital goods
  • Experience in equipment construction or development
  • Application knowledge of the Microsoft Office palette, advantageously ERP and CRM systems
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
