Customer Support Manager m/f/d

To strengthen our Industrial Application/ Process Heat division of Leister Technologies AG, we are looking for a committed personality.

Your tasks

  • You advise our customers, distributors and subsidiaries on the selection of suitable products and support them with technical questions
  • After commissioning, you will ensure that the applications reach their maximum performance to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • You will analyze and process (application) technical customer inquiries and record them in a structured manner as "cases" in the CRM/ERP system
  • Within the framework of special projects, you will develop individual solutions for specific customer requirements together with sales or business development and implement them successfully
  • You will create and maintain technical documentation such as application notes, FAQ lists and training documents to optimally support and further develop our sales and customer service process
  • You plan and carry out application tests with equipment and/or materials provided by the customer on your own responsibility
  • For internal and external target groups, you will organize and moderate product and application training courses lasting several days. You will work closely with our Academy and also develop online training courses and learning modules
  • Through an active exchange with product management, you will contribute valuable technical know-how and support the further development of our solutions


Your profile

  • Several years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience in the sale of capital goods (B2B)
  • Technical vocational training with further training as a mechanical engineer FH/HF
  • Doer type
  • Fluent in English
