Head of Production Planning & Engineering
For our Production Planning & Engineering department at Leister Technologies AG, we are looking for an independent and strong realiser.
Your tasks
- Lead and further develop the Production Planning & Engineering department with 8 employees
- successful planning and optimisation of international supply chains in compliance with framework conditions such as OTIF / OTD
- responsible for planning and (re)filling the regional distribution centres
- Optimised planning and control of production and ensuring the supply of materials
- responsible for the introduction of new products into SCM (production, purchasing and logistics) while adhering to deadlines and cost targets
- responsible for the technical development of production processes, including the introduction of new technologies and automation solutions
Your profile
- Completed basic technical training with further technical or business management training / studies at university, FH or HF level
- Networked way of thinking and strong understanding of end-to-end business processes
- Experience in production planning using state-of-the-art control methods
- Very good ERP system (SAP) and English skills
- Experience in digitalisation and/or process management would be a great advantage
