Inside Sales Employee 80 - 100%

For our Inside Sales department at Leister International AG, the global market leader for plastic welding and process heat technology, we are looking for a dynamic, customer- and solution-orientated personality. The core mission of this position is to ensure first-class support for our Leister customers. The main responsibility is to handle incoming enquiries and leads, process incoming orders and actively support the sales organisation. The role requires dynamic skills that will enable the individual to liaise with customers globally, other external entities as well as internal sales, service and management teams.


Your Tasks

  • Processing incoming enquiries including price or quotation requests
  • Preparation of quotations and project calculations in collaboration with the Sales Managers
  • Preparation of reference offers for products, services and solutions for customers who do not require product selection guidance or complex technical advice, including follow-up, follow-up and review
  • Order processing (dossier responsibility from initial customer contact to receipt of payment) excl. dispatch processing
  • Clarification and coordination of delivery dates
  • Written/oral customer contact with distribution partners and end customers worldwide 
  • Lead generation through customer contacts, including qualification, sales and maintenance of high-quality leads
  • Support or fully responsible creation of compliance documentation, pre-qualification documents, NDAs
  • Ensuring CRM data maintenance / ERP master data and price maintenance


Your Profile

  • Basic commercial training or many years of professional experience in an international sales environment is an advantage
  • Further training as a sales specialist FA is an advantage
  • proficient in the use of the MS Office suite
  • Experience in working with ERP/CRM systems (SAPbD, SAP R3 or S4 Hana an advantage)
  • Fluent German and very good written and spoken English (any other language an advantage)
