Product Conformity Manager 100%
To strengthen our Research and Development department at Leister Technologies AG, we are looking for a project-orientated and highly motivated individual with a high level of personal responsibility. As Product Conformity Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring conformity with national and international standards and regulations for our product groups and families assigned to you.
Your Tasks
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements for our products
- Development and implementation of inspection and test processes to ensure product conformity
- Collaboration with internal departments (e.g. development, quality assurance, production) to identify and resolve compliance issues
- Carrying out risk analyses and assessing potential conformity risks
- Preparation and maintenance of compliance documentation, including technical reports, certificates and manuals
- Communication and coordination with external testing institutes and certification bodies
- Training and sensitisation of employees with regard to conformity requirements and processes
- Support with internal and external audits and product approvals
Your Profile
- Degree in electrical engineering (university or university of applied sciences) or many years of experience as a TS technician
- Degree in engineering, quality management, industrial engineering or a comparable specialisation
- Several years of professional experience in the field of product conformity, quality management or regulatory affairs
- Sound knowledge of the relevant standards and regulations (e.g. CE, RoHS, REACH, ISO 9001)
- Analytical thinking and a structured way of working
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in working with international teams and external partners
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
