To strengthen our Business Lines for industrial hot-air appliances, infrared radiators and laser systems at Leister Technologies AG, we are looking for a project-orientated and implementation-oriented person with a high level of personal responsibility.
Your Tasks
- Member of the Leister Technologies AG Executive Board: As part of the Executive Board, you will make a significant contribution to the strategic direction and further development of the company
- Industrial Applications: Responsibility for the management and further development of the Industrial Applications division in order to strengthen and expand our market position
- Responsible for innovation and technology leadership: Ensuring innovation and technology leadership through continuous market and trend analyses as well as the implementation of a customer-oriented project offering
- Identification of scalable products and applications: Working closely with the market organisations to identify and develop scalable products and applications and to open up new market segments
- Customer value: Development of strategies and solutions that offer high customer added value and contribute to increasing customer satisfaction
- Maximise gross profit: Implementing measures to maximise gross margin through efficient use of resources and cost optimisation
- Forward-looking talent development and employee development: Proactively promoting and developing talent within the organisation to ensure long-term success and continuity
- Understanding of plant engineering, mechanical engineering and holistic solutions: Applying your extensive knowledge of plant engineering, mechanical engineering and holistic solutions to support business goals and strategies
Your Profile
- Completed studies at a university, ETH, university of applied sciences or comparable qualification in a technical field
- Active involvement and commitment in relevant industry and sector networks to keep your finger on the pulse and make valuable contacts
- Several years of experience in business development, product management or in the management of development projects as well as active involvement in relevant innovation networks
- Proven experience in working with customers and sales organisations to develop and successfully implement customised solutions
- Strong customer focus and the ability to understand and implement customer needs and requirements
- Enthusiasm for new technologies, especially in the field of digital and artificial intelligence (AI), and the ability to integrate these into innovative solutions
- Microsoft Office skills: Good user knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite to be efficient in your daily work
