To strengthen our business lines for hot air blowers, welding machines and extrusion welding machines from Leister Technologies AG, we are looking for a project-oriented and implementation-oriented personality with a high level of personal responsibility.


Your tasks

  • Member of the Leister Technologies AG Executive Board: As part of the Executive Board, you will make a significant contribution to the strategic orientation and further development of the company
  • Plastic Welding Applications: Responsible for the management and further development of the Plastic Welding Applications division in order to strengthen and expand our market position
  • Responsible for innovation and technology leadership: Ensuring innovation and technology leadership through continuous market and trend analyses as well as the implementation of a competitive product range
  • Rapid implementation of innovation cycles: Promote and accelerate innovation cycles to remain competitive and respond quickly to market changes
  • Customer Value: Developing strategies and solutions that deliver high customer value and help increase customer satisfaction
  • Maximizing gross profits: Implementing measures to maximize gross margin through efficient use of resources and cost optimization
  • Forward-looking talent development and employee development: Proactively nurturing and developing talent within the company to ensure long-term success and continuity
  • Understanding of equipment construction, apparatus construction and trade: Application of your extensive knowledge in the field of equipment construction, apparatus construction and trade to support the company's goals and strategies

 

Your profile

  • Completed studies at a university, ETH, university of applied sciences or comparable qualification in a technical field
  • Active activity and involvement in corresponding industry and sectoral networks in order to always keep your finger on the pulse and make valuable contacts
  • Several years of experience in business development, product management or in the management of development projects as well as active activity in corresponding innovation networks
  • Proven experience in working with customers and sales organizations to develop and successfully implement tailor-made solutions
  • Strong customer focus and the ability to understand and implement customers' needs and requirements
  • Enthusiasm for new technologies, especially in the field of digital and artificial intelligence (AI), as well as the ability to integrate them into innovative solutions
  • Microsoft Office skills: Good user knowledge of Microsoft
