Operational Excellence Internship
For the Supply Chain Management division, we are looking for an intern or working student with strong implementation skills to support us in digitisation and automation and contribute to the continuation of our successful company history. The duration of the internship should be 12 months and there is the possibility of integrating a Master's thesis.
Your tasks
- Support in transformation programmes in production (machining, assembly, processing) as well as in the areas of planning, purchasing, logistics and quality.
- Carrying out data analyses as a basis for decision-making and helping to define KPIs.
- Further development of existing processes in all specialist areas (e.g. S&OP).
- Close cooperation with the Vice President Supply Chain Management with direct reporting and close exchange with managers and employees at all levels.
- Collaboration on the shop floor to analyse processes and support implementation.
Your profile
- Degree at ETH or FH level in the field of engineering.
- Very good analytical skills combined with a hands-on mentality.
- Ability to pick up employees from different departments and levels.
- Initial experience in the areas of S&OP, ERP systems (SAP) and digitalisation is an advantage.
