Quality Engineer

For our team in the field of Quality Management, we are looking for a technically skilled, self-motivated individual who not only masters common methods but also engages actively and with analytical depth in complex issues.


Your tasks

  • Leadership and implementation of 8D processes for internal and external complaints (customers & suppliers)
  • Technical analysis of process and product deviations in close coordination with development, as well as execution and follow-up of corrective actions
  • Close collaboration with manufacturing, development, suppliers, purchasing, and international customers
  • Support and co-responsibility in sampling and change management
  • Accompaniment of supplier qualification, including participation in audits and quality assurance agreements
  • Further development of our internal quality management standards and support in audits (e.g. ISO 9001)


Your Profile

  • B.Sc. in Microtechnology, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering or a comparable technical field
  • Solid professional experience in quality-related project work, ideally in a medium-sized technology company
  • Very good knowledge of 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why, FMEA and complaint and supplier management
  • Ability to independently familiarize oneself with technical details and provide well-founded analyses
  • Structured, solution- and goal-oriented working method Confident and secure demeanor towards internal and external stakeholders
  • Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, good English skills
