Leister’s CHINOOK blower for hot air recirculation of up to 350 °C (662 °F)

The CHINOOK side channel blower has been on the market since September 2023. Leister has developed the CHINOOK blower to feed process air at high pressure, at up to 350 °C (662 °F), back into industrial processes. This is exciting news for mechanical engineers and RnD managers, because hot air recirculation saves up to 50 % energy and costs and reduces the CO₂ footprint.

Heating processes for energy recovery

For hot air recovery in your industrial heating process, it is best to install CHINOOK in combination with the Leister LHS 210 SF-R, LHS 210 DF-R, LHS 410 SF-R and LHS 410 DF-R air heaters. Where does it work? In almost all hot air processes in which hot air recirculation is possible and which offer the potential for energy recovery due to usable output temperatures.
