To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated and communicative personality to join our Sales Back Office team. In this versatile position, you will act as a central interface within our company and make a significant contribution to ensuring smooth collaboration between customers, sales, and logistics.
Your Responsibilities
You serve as the central interface between our customers, the field sales team, and our logistics department.
You proactively support the field sales team in customer consulting and telephone sales activities.
You identify customer needs over the phone and convince them of the benefits of our product portfolio.
You are responsible for the structured handling of quotations and order processing – from entry and coordination to delivery and invoicing – while independently keeping our customers informed throughout the process.
You take on general administrative tasks within the sales department.
Your Profile
You have successfully completed commercial training and possess a basic understanding of technical concepts.
You are confident in using MS Office and ideally have experience with an ERP system (e.g., SAP).
You work in a structured and reliable manner and maintain an overview even in stressful situations.
Your strength lies in customer communication, and your actions are driven by commitment and passion.
