Individual Geometries Welded Effectively
Repairing plastic pallets requires specific expertise and specialist knowledge. This process itself is precise and efficient, with each pallet carefully checked for repairability before the actual process begins.
Depending on the type and extent of the damage, the process requires different methods. Damaged parts, such as broken runners, are first cleaned thoroughly. For smaller geometries, the PENWELD from Leister is then used for fixing, while larger damage is welded using the FUSION 1 extruder. Both methods ensure a long-lasting and reliable repair that meets the highest quality standards.
To optimize the repair process, a new dedicated workstation was set up at IDA-Lindlar, equipped with Leister products. The effectiveness of this cooperation will be assessed after a six-month test phase. If this phase is successfully completed, the creation of further jobs is planned, which will further strengthen the cooperation.
Sustainability a Central Concern at Leister
